Abstract Submission
  • » Abstract should not exceed 300 words.
  • » Abstract should clearly indicate the nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains, or environments to which it is applicable.
  • » Authors are also advised to proofread their abstracts. Carefully check for correct grammar and spelling, addressing one or several of the conference areas or topics.
  • » Acceptance: The submissions will be screened by a panel of experts, including the conference and program chairs.
  • » Authors of the submitted abstracts for presentation must also make separate registration for the conference by filling in the Registration Form. Submission of abstracts doesn't include official registration for the conference.

    • Paper Submission
  • » Any accepted paper must have at least one author register and present the paper at the conference in the virtual or physical model. If not the paper will not be processed further for publication.
  • » All peer reviewed and accepted papers will be published in Conference proceedings with ISBN number.
  • » All revised papers must be submitted using the conference template, which can be found in the CIMA 2025 website's download section.
  • » The number of pages in the should be 7-9 pages. In special case it may be 12 pages.
  • » The similarity of any submitted paper must be below 10%.
